Girl Scout Cookie Hot Chocolate

Mmm.. hot chocolate season is finally here! Delicious hot chocolate, whip cream and Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies. Amazing – right?!
Hot chocolate has always been a staple in my household. My parents are known to snuggle up on the chair by the fire with Simba and enjoy a nice night in. Back at one of my first jobs, a barista at Le Peep breakfast cafe, we made the BEST hot coco.

Is it bad that with colder weather coming, I’m excited to stay home more?? *shrug*

Since my family has always loved hot chocolate, I decided to add a new spin to it. I LOVE peppermint hot chocolate from Scooters or Starbucks, and you can easily get that taste at home!

There are a few ways you can make hot chocolate. If you have a slow-cooker, you can make this delicious recipe by Jillee over at One Good Thing, or if you’re like me and when the craving hits you NEED hot chocolate, you can use Swiss Miss.
